I agree....based on our "experience" with the 20.1, the 40.1 should not disappoint. That being said, I still have yet to find an answer about two 20.1s vs one 40.1. The reason, I think that ventures too far speculative, just like comparing to the Z1. I hope IA produces a better product (which is why I had nick autograph an old team shirt for me) however, until "real" release, I hate to compare.

i'd much believe a pair of 20.1's doing 10k vs. a pair of z1's doing 6k+ each personally.

Yea I have never heard of 6k out of a Z1, I know they're strong amps though... A few respect folks on here have told me you can get 10k out of a pair of Z1's and if the mods a few other tight with IA are saying that the 40.1 will have around the power of 3 20.1's, I believe it.
the semi-release is 900@4 [i bet the usaci people love that] and then up to 3600@1. However, as well all would ASSUME, means about nothing, except to usaci people.
