So having some issues trying to decide on keeping my slot port or going areo port..wanna do a 10" possibly 12".. my box it 36w 19h 36d... double baffle, double bottom, an 3 sides are tripled 3/4 mdf.. back side where port is, is doubled. Soon to be tripled. Yes prolly over kill but damn it has an amazing sound. Im not to good on port volume an tuning. I wanna tune around 33 32hz sub calls for 3.50-3.75 volume an 32hz tuning.. now im terrible at doing this can i please get a little help?? Anyone out there know about what id need to make this sound better?? Car audio is never ending. Thwres always more to add tweak, twerk
etc... id really appreciate it...im running 4 skar evl 15s d2 to 1ohm on a taramps bass 5k, will be replacing soon to the bass 8k, or even a banda 8k havent decided yet. If dont mind an you know the math on this. Please send me a msg or comment on the blog..thanks guys an also if need any help with anything I've been into car audio since I sat in my friends car 16years ago... a Honda crx 6 15s, pretty much walled huge box.. blew my mind an been hit ever since..
ill send a little clip if can of it doin 18hz to 24hz.. i have a gmc arcadia. 08, big 3, 6group 27 batteries.. before you say anything I am gettimg 2 45ah limitess lithiums soon to replace that.. it does hold voltage well.. but know I could do better.. have a high output 350amp alternator..re audio 500.4 on my mids an highs.. alpine single din.. im ol school again thank you if can help me out I just know it could sound better if use these ports. I cant get to the recommend volume or tuning with out making the box higher.. 19 to like 25"
