only 4 of them left.they have endcaps with them but bass knob not included.(1 endcap says bd1000 though)they have been modded to take higher voltage and lower ohms.i have burped them at .7ohm and 17.9 volts.$350 each plus shipping

Is it safe running it at 1ohm?

well the amps are only rated at 2ohm,but i have ran the at.7 for burps.my buddy ran his at 1 ohm daily and it was ok just make sure your getting a clean signal ,but i guess i would say at your own risk,

I've heard it's around 2200rms @ 1ohm.
