yeh i think im gonna go with the 4 10's, im not looking for exteme spl i just want something that sounds great, i am working on my bosses supra and he's having me put all jl audio in it and i want to be able to blow him away with my id stuff, he has been selling jl for like 20 years and he thinks that nothing can beat it

4 10s will sound good but so will 2 12s are you lookin to just be louder then him or sound better?

both hes using 2 new jl 13" slim lines with 2 700.1 digital amps , and i cant remember what comps hes using but i know the are like 500 a set, and hes runnig those off of a 600.4

600.4 are you talking about the new jl hd series amps? if so those are some solid amps. much better than the slash series imo

and those slim line subs are also pretty nice from what i have been told but would still take id over any of their products

hell two idqv3 12s in the proper box could be louder and i think may sound beter. and if htey are these comps you should read this article

now if u see the scores the ID CTX65 did better then the jl. and the ctx is id's "dropin" line.

yeh they are all hd series amps and those are the comps, another thing, we are doing fiberglass box in his.he is also running 3 hc800 batteries
