4 DD 9512's on 2 Orion 2500d's? Help

My friend has the setup stated, 4 DD9512's with 2 Orion 2500d's pushing them and his box is massive. Dont know the exact size but he took out the backseat in a chevy ext. cab and it goes all the way from one side to the other and goes about 3/4 the way up the car. Has the 4 subs along the top of the box, the 2 amps below them, and the port goes all the way along the bottom of the box. He said his friend that had basically the same setup was only hitting 148db. Well the box was built by a big guy from DD and im not saying it should be hitting harder than his buddies but im saying it sayin it should be hitting a hell of alot higher than that. Yeh it sounds like its really punchy and not like really really low like dd's should be. Box freq. right?

What do you guys think this should be hitting if he had a diff. box if thats the situation or whatever the situation is, what do you think he should be at?

148db at 20hz I'd take ANY DAY. 148 @ 50hz, no.
