Beatin' the block down
Build I'm working on for a Team South teammate w/ for DC Level 4 12's.
Got some of the box done today, going to try and finish up tomorrow.

Should be plenty of port area.
Just dropped the port in the box to see how it looks.
Built a simple jig for the port wall and tacked it in place w/ brads.
Flush trimmed it out....yea...I know...my bit is getting dull. I need a new one ASAP.
Snug fit around the port, about 1/8" clearance all the way around to allow for a little wiggle room.
Just how the port will mount in the enclosure. Its a tight squeeze.
Have to build the baffles tomorrow, subs will be flush mounted. Adding more bracing and using T-nuts to secure the port.
