4 cubes/HE2/32HZ?

sound about right for a 15 inch HE2? running it off a JL G1700. 700 rms at 2 ohms. are they better at higher tunings?

Should work. 32hz is a lil low for that sub though.

you may want to try 36-40hz and dont go any bigger than 4 cubes net or else the coil will start smacking the mag.

this is a temp sub, but i want to build the box for a future 15, of which i can't afford right now. i just want to have a 15 of some kind for my long drive to arizona saturday. i got it for 95$ at a pawn shop.

ok. i guess not many people have ran this sub ported. doing 4 cubes tuned to 34hz, 60sq. inches of port. i'll see how it sounds.

I've owned a ton of these subs. They're best ran in small sealed enclosures, 2.5cF.

my old w3v2s were very clean and very decent output.
