Stock GM head unit -> Audio Control LC6 -> JL 300/4 & JL 250/1 -> CDT EF-61 front, Kappa rears, 10w3 sub.
Goals: retain sub level control via LC6, bridge 300/4 to 2 channels, retain factory head, retain factory fader, retain rears, retain 6 channels.
Here's what I want to do... I want to bridge this amp to 2 channels to power some CDT EF-61's in the front.
I can run just the front speaker levels into the LC6 and get front and rear out from it, front to bridged 300/4 and rear to 250/1. Then run the rear speaker levels to the rear speakers to retain fader, but then I loose sub control.
If I run 4ch into the LC6 and 6ch out, front & rear to the bridged 300/4, and run the rears from the rear channel on the 300/4 (even though it is bridged) will there be unamplified signal coming from the 3rd & 4th channels of the 300/4? Basically does the amp pass the 3rd & 4th channel signal while in bridge? EDIT: This won't work because the amp uses the left+ and right- in bridged.
Does anyone have any ideas how to achieve this?
