i never thought about 10's i want to stay at or below 400 on sub(s) and i think to be comeptive in my area im going to have to be in the 145+ range on music.

Well, if you want to stay below $400 on subs, then some DD 8's or L7 8's may be your best choice.

Any pair of 10's that I would recommend would put you past $400 for the pair.

yeah thanx man im leaning toward the hd310 and downgrading to a smaller amp that puts out a 2000-2500 watts and add another amp and hd310 later when funds allow. i got a feeling audioque will be the next forum boner
