4 8's or 1 12 for sb1

i will be running in usaci sb1 this year and im wodering whats going to give me the most output i have narrowed down to 4 dd1508's or aq sd 8's or 1 aq hd312 will be going in an 97 extended cab silverado powered off of a memphis 4kd. also what is the best way to fire them i was thinking subs up port forward

The 8's will have about 50% more cone area and more swept volume so the potential is there for them to get louder. It's all going to depend on the install as always.

I think that the right pair of 10's has the potential to take more power than 4 8's, especially for extended periods of time.

In that case maybe some 10" MT's. DD 9510's, MTX 9510's. Or those Audioque's.

MTX and AudioQue's are both good but not quite on the same level as the DD's and MT. HD's and the 9510's share a lot in common but the 9510 has the ability to take a little more punishment and give a little more out fro mwhat I understand.

i would say the dd 8's just to be differ from other people:naughty: if box built right along with the other things you have im sure you cant go wrong

i never thought about 10's i want to stay at or below 400 on sub(s) and i think to be comeptive in my area im going to have to be in the 145+ range on music.
