but i digress, i still get paid //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gif

i actually cut my baffles wholes today for my subs to be flush mount. i had a 3/4'' router bit and i had to cut 4 of these wholes, tons of saw dust. make sure that you leave a gap so you can grip the sub if you wanna get it out. whats with the black paint in the inside?

there will be just enough room to put a flathead screwdriver in and pull one side of the subs up... the black is actually only on a small part inside the box (for the port) the shadows just make it look like i painted the whole thing

came in to eat so i figured i would post a few pics of progress... more to come later tonight, and i know some of the lines look like zig zags but i can assure you they are not, the camera on my phone just *****

this is how i find out where im gonna have to put my relief cuts... works fairly well

id say each sub will be in about 2 cubic feet each after displacements... should sound quite nice, but the customer bought a shitty amp so each sub will only be getting about 300-400 watts a piece //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/crap.gif.7f4dd41e3e9b23fbd170a1ee6f65cecc.gif
