The Amp Is 4000 Rms And The Subs Are 1000 Rms 3000 Peak.

i used it and it seemed like the subs were like 2758 watts peak.

if that amp actually puts out at least 3000 rms, then you should be good to go...

thats my point...

most likely, you'll be running at around 12-14 volts...MA is known to rate their amps at 17+ volts...

i don't know your amp super well so thats why i said hopefully it can push out at least 3000 rms on a regular basis...if so then you should be good...

how much r u getting that amp for? how much do u want to spend on the amps?

def keep the tsw's cus for the money, their pretty much unbeatable...

4 of those should beat like a mother in a burb. My buddy had 2 of those in a envoy and the MMats 2000 watt amp and he was doing high 140's on the TL with them. You could do some major numbers give the right electrical and install. Have fun and good luck.
