i need about 7000 watts rms to power them, maybe 8000, and i was thinking of going with rockford fosgate for power, just wanted to see what everyone's opinion is on the subject.

Sound Digital, Stetsom, Cactus Sounds, Atomic Audio, Sundown, Audioque, etc... All make amplifiers that will give those Orions hell (might have to strap some amplifiers). Much better than some new RF power

absoutly no wires are run, have to do more body work and mat the car before i start the electrical, but if at aall possible im puttin 2 alts in probly about 200A each hopefully, big 3 1/0 obviously, minimum 2 batteries, and depends on how many amps i gotta run.

You need about 12000 to 16000 wrms to push 4 of those things to the limit, I got 2 on 6000 and they're laughing at me.
