4 12's or 2 18's

roughly 15 lol... its going to be going in my chevy ext cab (the truck in my avatar) i figured around 8 cubes on the 12's but havent did much research on the 18's but i'd prob do a full wall with them

i'd do 2 18s

if the subs the exact same model i would suggest the two 18's if you have the room.

But i am also a big fan of 18s i like how the hit and how they carry. But make sure you get a musical 18" so it can also produce 45hz+ with authority.

I would go with 2 18s.

It would slam the lows.

It would be wayy more musical like steve said.

Buy some 18s.

yeah thats what im wanting is some serious lows.

I'd like to stay around the 600 dollar mark on subs and im thinking really serious about getting one of those new RD audio 3250 V2 amps

I'm ordering 2 this week,it is a hell of a deal especially for them being .5 ohm stable,I can run 1 on each of my dp's at 2 ohm daily and wire them to .5 for shows.

4 12". I did the whole 2 18" in a wall, and I'm done with walls, lol. I personally just didn't like not being able to look back or around. I'm doing 4 12" now in my crew cab. It's more just preference on my end though.

yeah i figure a wall will be a pain in the *** sometimes but i really dont drive the truck very often just sometimes on the weekends and to shows so i figure i can live with it
