i recently built a box for 4 12 w3v2's with around 2.25 cubic feet per subs. the box is divided into 4 seperate chambers and each is a ported box tuned to 32 Hz. they are in the back of my blazer and the subs face up twards the roof and i was wondering if i flipped the box so that there was almost a wall, would that be louder or not?

I say try it, worst case scenario it sounds bad, best case it gets much louder

Try facing the subs/ports towards the trunk also.
