4 12" L7s Enclosure

My plans have changed, I have a little more room. Would it be a better bet to go with 11.3 cubes tuned to 37hz for my system in my sig? My port area is 132.5 sq. inches, is that too much?
have you built a box yet?

i dont know if it would make a huge noticable difference, its would only be not even .25cuft extra per sub

the port area is not too much, if anything you can give it some more

x2, and like mentioned above.. I would tune it a little lower.

Yeah, it drops almost 1.5dB plus the lows aren't really even picked up when tuning lower. But then again, I'm using the T/S parameters from the 2004 L7s in BBP6

Could someone with BBP6 and the 2006 L7 T/S programmed into the application get me a frequency response graph please? Are the 2004s going to have a lot different response than the 2004s?

The response should be different, seeing as they are different subs.

If you bbp6, you should have an option to update the driver list, that might have the new kickers in it.

*****, you shut the **** up. These people giving me advise have never heard what the advise they are giving. They are giving simple minded answers that "look" right from what just about every other thread has. , plus I asked if 11.3 cubes was too large or ideal or if my port area was too much. So don't you ***** at me for what I'm asking for. Bamaboy was the only person who really gave me an honest solid answer, and I thank you for that. Towncar is the only other credible person that has owned an L7 (15 though). I simply made the remark why I'd want to tune it lower (advantages). My main goal is to get really ****ing loud in the 40-65hz band since L7s are strongest there in a ported application as I ahve stated in numerous other threads. So before you ****ing stick words in my mouth saying "your advice isn't good enough for me", go outside and play some hide and go **** yourself.
