would i be able to use my moto q to make adjustments on this unit?? i currently have no eq and processing (other than that on my panasonic 8305) would i notice a great difference in sound by installing this?? my current setup:

pg rsd6.5

old school hifonics 2x100 rms

3 12" hx2

t20001bd

would this really put a smile on my face or will i regret buying it??

Doesn't have to be palm based, some windows smart phones work. My 8125 will.

U might hear a small difference but not for the price, IMO. It would be different if you didn't have a aftermarket HU or had to use something factory. Like mine.

It has a 150+ band EQ, and time alignment.

If that doesnt improve the sound a bunch its time to quit car audio and take up knitting.

If you use the time alignment and it's anything like Alpines t/a you will love it. I considered buying one of these and would have if I had the money.

I have one, i use my laptop and it works great.

And like was said if you do it right you will notice and night and day difference, or if you dont know what your doing you could make it sound worse.

Do you have any experince with eqs at all?

the 3sixty is made to integrate into factory audio systems. if you dont want the frequency curve flattening process like if you have an aftermarket headunit or one that doesn't have any preset equalization you might be better off looking at another processor (coz you will be paying more for something you won't use).

yes the features in the 3sixty.2 are great but I think other processors with easier ways to control are already available.

i have one, and i liked it very much when i used to use the stock headunit but ever since i changed to the alpine and used imprint i don't really have any use for it anymore.

for the alpine u need an alpine HU, and since u have a panasonic, i don't think it's a good idea to waste money and buy an alpine HU and an H701. Unless of course u have the cash and is willing to spend it and learn how to set it up right then u'll be happy.

But the H701 is also a 4way active processor i believe. If so, then ur comparing two very different processors. Stick wit the 3sixty since ur still new to this

I'm not pushing you away from the 3sixty.2. It's a great all-in-one dsp and I don't think you will regret getting it. Was just trying to justify the $500-$600 price tag. If you can find a good deal by all means go for it. All I can think of other than that is audiocontrol.

It can be had for about 350.
