ofcourse, due to my buying it online, i wouldn't get a warrenty and i'm not looking for one. And my search showed only review oriented threads without the information i'm looking for. I'm looking for someone who can get me one for under $450 (price at sonicelectronix)

Mine was $496 with freight. Got it quickly in perfect shape from e-bay. As mentioned before, you probably won't get any less than Sonic... I paid a bit more on e-bay as they were out of stock at the moment.
