3rd octave equalizer? What are they? What headunits have these?

how hard would it be to setup an active frontstage and equalize everything? How would I know what to equalize, etc etc

It's not hard if you know what to listen for, and have access to tools like a RTA.

Being that you are in Ft. Wayne...if you ask nicely, audiolife and myself could probably help you out on setting everything up.
