3k or 3.5k amp suggestion

Hey guys a buddy of mine is looking for a 3k or 3.5k amp at 1 ohm that does rated rms, he is limited on budget, so can't really afford the mainstream brands like DC, sundown, cresendo etc.

His budget is around $400, dont know it its possible to get a 3k for that price, so I am throwing it out here to hear your opinions, he is interested in new and used.

Yes according to him, he have the electrical to run it. He is looking to power a 15 Fi SP4 D2.

There's some 2500s for sale on caco. Specifically an Orion 2500 and couple soundstream 2500. Also vmi innovations has soundstream tarantula 2600 for like 250, though its at .5 ohm
