i would replace the big 3 with 1/0 from 4 awg

in addition to that 1 battery in your trunk will reduce or elimante dimming

if your alternator isnt putting out enough amps a 2nd battery would do you no good .. stop at your neighbor hood part store and make sure your alternator is putting out its intended amps...
