EDIT: NVM, apparently that port is for a wired remote control. I guess I'm just going to get a new CD player =/
Yea, I just got a Creative Zen Vision:M (30GB MP3 Player) and I want to hook it up in my truck so I can quit burning so many MP3 CDs. I thought it had an aux input on the back, so I plugged my player in. The cable is basically just two headphone jacks (male on both ends). It works fine with my PC speakers (Klipsch, which have a little plug on the side for plugging in other devices) and on our home receiver. However, when I plugged it in the back of my CD player, it went crazy. The volume like steadily increased at a nice pace and it kept flipping through radio stations.
No matter what I did, it wouldn't quit that crap, so I just unplugged it. Do I need to buy an adapter or something? I was under the impression it was just a regular aux in on the back because the cable fit, but I guess not. I also can't seem to find much on the net to help me out.
