Is it new? A lot of car companies have free tow services and roadside assistance for the first couple years you own a new vehicle.

Call a locksmith or go to the dealership and pay the $100+ for a spare key...both are less then a new window.

I get free lockout service...anywhere in the US, within 15 minutes...

In the van it's a simple matter of jamming a rubber triangle into the door jamb, gives it enough seperation to drop a hook down and pull the door handle. Or there are little inflatable rubber bags that I've seen do the same thing. I don't know if you can do that on the Z, but trying it would be cheaper than getting a window replaced...

Some of the newer side windows have that security etching crap in them too, it makes them more expensive than a regular window

im not sure what kind of locking system is in a 350z, or how new yours is, but you can try a slim jim. the newest vehicle i've ever slim jimmed is my parents 03 super duty though.

my 4 runner came with a plastic credit card key that will unlock the doors its teh win, you shouldnt need the chip inside the key to unlock the door

slim jim wont work on the z, they are funky. call a locksmith and pay them to do it, assuming it can be done, im not even sure it can on these cars.
