guess I got lucky on changing it'shape. I didn't do anything other then let it dry in the sun...

update....

we sanded down the back of the box and repainted it, dry fit everything again and we are ripping the carpet off the side molds right now and about to recarpet those and attach more lexan to those.

Any light going in the box?
You bet ya! //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/clap.gif.178cba2c538c68e720c727fcb024b19c.gif

Got these on the way to us now. A purple led strip for the box and one for each side along with a sweet rocker switch..

We have decided to mount the amps behind the scenes. The shop that sold him those POS amps is replacing them with more POS amps, the SoundStream PCX1500D's. At least we can strap them I guess....

so from this point after I get the window's on the side panels, we are just waiting on subs & amps, then we'll wire it all up and work on a front piece. Thats where we are at for now...

I ripped out the old quater panels that used to flush mount the amps, they are now going to show case the compressors. We had to rip and tear the carpet off of them, breaking one in a few spots, nothing some gorilla glue couldn't fix //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

Recarpeted them, and attached 3/8" lexan to them via gorilla glue. Man I love this stuff. The first one which is finished below has dryed for 6hrs and seems good to go, the other will sit over night.

so why not advise him to buy better amps? he clearly has some cash.

Im actually very happy with my soundstream (higher end though)

Great amp for the $$

Looks good though, do you guys keep the car while working on it or is he coming back and forth? Seems like the car may still be a daily driver

shoulda went with 22s, would have sat lower and looked better.

And dont hate, if i end with a magnum like i want, it definitely isnt goin to have one of dodges shitty v8s in it. They arent fast nor get shit for milage so what the point.

Thought you guys had figured out by now, the shop he did go too took 17k off him, so now he's broke. we are really piecing this system together.

22s! lols thats funny.

we got the LEDs tonight, gonna install them all tomorrow. The lexan on the side pieces turned out perfect also. Tomorrow we'll dress up the compressor sides and add some fans for exhaust and install the lights. For some reason the lights look blue in the pics, but I will assure you, they are very very purple. They look sick at night.

allright, got some great night pics of the LEDs installed. Once again, pics look blue but the lights are UV violet and look just sick in person. We also carpeted each rear quarter to give it a 3D look. And yes there's a large vent in the back of each for the compressor to breathe //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif
