i wanna spend $300 delivered

on ebay i see i can get a deh-p880prs or deh-p780mp either one for about $300

i only bring them up cause i see others recommend them..

which HU "SHOULD" I be looking at

i want it to be XM capable..

sub out with crossover and level

i bought subs 3 times, i dont want to do that again

my current HU is a JVC KD-DV5000, and it is great for what it is.. it has opticle out for goodness sake.. Dolby Digital surround.DTS. and dual zone DVD playback. but only front and rear outs.. no sub controls.. i never use the video screens.

the JVC KD-ADV6270 has dvd and sub control, but is the HU itself any good?

well, i looked at the 880prs and the p860mp specs side by side.. and the p860mp had all the key features i was looking for AND it has the color flashy screen.. millionbuy treated me right on the PG xenon x600.1 i ordered from them, so i went ahead and bought the p860mp... it is refurb for $260 delivered.. i hope i dont regret it. any one out there wanna tell me whether i did ok?

Nice deck.......

Only real problem with the 860's is the ground trace thing- but since its a refurb, chances are thats been taken care of.

You should enjoy it.

i had a skifi 2 until someone ripped it off, i replaced it with a Delphi MyFi.. i like them, but i dont want to use FM Modulation.. and even with a aux input, they dont always sound great.. my buddy has a sony cdx-f7710 and the skifi II isnt much better on aux, then it is on Fm modulation.. thats why i was wantin the deck itself to be xm, for best sound results..
