3 Solo X 12's in a CRX?

Anyone ever messed around with this idea? I built two individual boxes for sub forward/two external 4" aero's rearward and I have a feeling it will do good for two subs, but I do have three X 12's! I think three firing up with 5 aero's internal tuned to mid 50's will yield higher #'s. Anyone got any ideas?

I have two Orion 2500d's as of now, and a blown one that may never get fixed haha. The coils are dual 1 and I'll run each 2500d @ .33 ohm. Unfortunately I would like NOT to use my silver cone X 12 but if I cant find another black cone I'll deal with it!

sounds like you want to make a burp car, that wouldnt sound so good tuned mid 50's with aero's if you try to play music

im well aware of that. thats entirely the point. I get that. My highest # to date in my old CRX was 153.5 at the dash (157.1 usac TL driver kick but who cares about outlaw right? //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gif )with two Mojo 15's and I do believe I can best that. When I won at SLAP Nationals in 05 I had an MT 18 and two 2500d's all behind the shock tower and was in the low 152's at the dash on the TL/152.4, 152.8 at SLAP Finals on AC190.

Im curious to see what people have done with three 12's in a CRX for dbdrag/usac etc.

Here is the MT set up

my 9917b dual .5 that was in this box before the MT, and it was about 1db off what the MT could do

And here is the Mojo's... I had four 2500d's @ .5ea in that setup, 4 yellow tops out back and a Kinetik up front. Should have been able to do 157's or something with that kind of power.

I enjoy sharing pix of my shit so if you guys want more, why not?

SLAP rules in 05 made it illegal to run the speaker box in front of the shock tower in a CRX. I had 22" of depth to work with, thats the only reason its like that. But yeah it did pretty good #'s. I only did a 147.x with a Mojo 15 quad 1 and two 2500d's @ .5 in the same setup as the MT/DD but it was a slot port. Dropped the DD 9917b in and gained 3db instantly. Ba-Boom!

I just want to see what kinds of #'s are put up in Stock 3 by the people who arent afraid to turn it up and show people what they have. I never turned it down one single click at any point ever, why sandbag?
