I think the key it the heads. the metal expands and then the rcas wont release. so when you pull them off they also get super soft on the inside and then the just pull apart. I want to keep looking.

 
You might as well settle for a cheaper RCA then, because the more expensive ones tend to have heads that have a split design that grips harder. That, or use a small flat screwdriver to apply some pressure as you twist the ends loose.
