3/4" MDF sheets

i had them cut three sheets into 2'x 4' pieces so i could haul it in my blazer. i wound up with so much waste it would have been better to borrow a dealer tag from work for my truck

lowes here has dust collection so u dont breathe it
Same here. For both Lowes and HD, though.

I bought several full sheets early this year, and they were $25/ea at the time. I believe a full sheet has gone up to ~$30 since then, at least around here.

MDF dust is killer, though. The stuff is made with formaldehyde. Also, dust particles made when routing or sawing MDF get really, really small. As in, not even visible to the human eye when airborne. Both of those things are really toxic w/ long term exposure, of course. I wouldn't work with it if there was not adequate dust collection, but I work outside so I don't need much.

doesn't bother me that much don't really care about the dust just ****s up my sinus's alot other than that nothing. hell *** and driving kills so this can't be that bad, if u gotta go with saw dust in your body wouldnt that be cool on your tombstone it will say " this guy built a lot of boxes" lol just kidding guys
