2x SA-12 or 4x E-12

Title says it all... would cone area be king in this situation?

Power on either setup would be ~2k.

Also considering 2x Shok Industries 2x 12" FLO 1k's or 4x 12" Tritons.

I've never heard the Shok stuff in person... if anybody has experience there... please chime in!

4 E12s if you have enough space. Why not 4 SAs? Price? If so go with 4 OA 12" V2s. Then upgrade to more power for them.

In this case it is, though. The difference in motor force/displacement/sensitivity isn't nearly as much as the difference in cone area.

OAs are a good bit more expensive than the Es

Well, the E12s are probably your best bet around that price unless you find some used
