so i'm looking for a second opinion on my current setup, as well to see wether or not someone else is running my same system.

headunit - ALPINE CDA 117

subwoofers -2 ALPINE TYPE X 12"

components - 2 ALPINE TYPE R 5.25" front doors

2 ALPINE TYPE R 6.25" custom mounted in rear deck

4 tweeters that came with it, so 2 custom mounted in the rear A pillars

Amplifiers - ALPINE MRP-M2000 , ALPINE PDX F4.

Box ported, tuned to 29 hertz

Dynamat coverage - trunk, doors, rear seat, rear deck, ceiling, every surface possible on metal inside my car.. 108 sqft total

alternator - uno ohio generator not sure on the amp rating

battery - kinetik 2400, 2600amp battery

all inside an 03 altima 4 door

so im looking to know wether or not someone else is running 2 type x's off of an mrp m 2000

well obviously you got it figured out other then I can name something that will do better then every piece of gear you got.. you have a good brand of alt but you dont even know the amps you are running, and you got one of the weakest battts you can have for the size and price.. good luck

alpine is not bad, its good, but there are better. and generally when u stick to one brand for everything, u dont get the best

Ram is one of the best guys you are going to get ot help you out and you asking questions then act like you know more then anyone when clearly you dont , is not a way to get anyone knowledgable to help you .. so ya.. peace out

It was a simple question. Obviously you already know everything, so there's no use in suggesting anything. This seems more like one of those "please validate my purchase for me" sort of threads, and anything that suggests something different is a hater of some sort. Alpine is a decent brand, but there is always something better out there, especially if you're going with one brand for everything.

the hdc3 copper put a pair of these 50 pound ebasts in ur car lmfao, all much better subs then your type x best buy sub.

now if your such a baller we can go up in price and get somethign even better.

oh and for amps lol

Umm, Fi BL and DC lvl4 are designed to be a very different woofer than a Type X. Type X could be compared closer to a Fi Q.
