When it does, extend the appearance date. 2 weeks before the new appearance date, write and mail the check to them for the amount you owe. At the top of the check, write the citation number, your DL number, as well as the words "not guilty" and underline them. Within a few weeks you'll receive a letter with trial info or you can check the same website for that info. Go to court on the noted dated. With the delay and the amount of time that will pass by then will be at least 4 months. Good chance cop won't shop, you'll get the money mailed back.

Lucky.. My last ticket here in houston ,tx for sound disturbance coming off the freeway was 678$.

That included the sound of my truck during idle, its way to loud especially during take off.

should be reduced to half if you go to court and talk to the judge, guilty or non guilty plea
