250A circuit breaker or $ for 1 Boostcap

I bought a bank of six Boostcaps a little bit ago on here and one is bad, I should've tested them right away but that's my fault so I can't with a good conscience say it was bad from the seller. I would also be willing to buy if it's a decent price.
