25 cubes $1200 dollar budget

So I have roughly 25 cubes with of room to do a wall in my roadmaster. I have 1 btl fully loaded 18 right now and was gonna try to find a match for it but ended up thinking about how much more cone area I could utilize. Power is an opti6000d with enough electrical to run .5 and the possibility and budget to add a second to strap in the next couple months.

Build will be a dedicated groundpounder that if I ever decide to compete I'd would run the 149.9 class in bass race. I would also like to see a 52-53 legal also (with interchangeable port of course). There is so many options out there I'm not sure what to go with. Most likely I will daily tune in the mid 30's being I listen to mostly 90's hip hop and very rarely use any decaf or dub step. I'd tune lower but if you can't hair trick with 12k on tap and possibly 1000 square inches of come area you are doing something majorly wrong. I've thrown around the ideas of anything from 16 tens to 3 18's. Any new input would be greatly appreciated.

What are the dimensions of your cabin (width and height of wall).

Friend of mine had 4 15's in his Explorer, but lack of port area was killing him on output. We are re-building with 6 12's to keep same cone area, more thermal power handling, and can greatly increase port area.

If you were JUST burping I'd say pair of 18's on top of eachother, if you intend to play music long term I would highly reccomend more smaller subs and keep in mind the space limitations. If you can't get 15" of port per cube minimum think of something that can.
