working fine since the day it came out, now this //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/pissed.gif.9f665f96bc89e98e708dabd4580bb591.gif icing on the cake for all the shit i have that's on hold. i heard somewhere that there was a lifetime warranty on the first shipment 360's..i'm 99% sure this is pure bullshit, but does anyone know anything else about it?

just took out the disk right before the picture to see if it'd turn on without a disk in. and the ones behind it are random music cd's

nice find cuz mine did that tonight too. BTW i was dusting my room today with my 360 on chargin my controllers. Must have sucked in the dust.

When my xbox 360 went out I did a search for fix's and found that as well but it did nothing for me. When I called them and asked about it they said it was a internal hardware failure and that any Xbox built before January of 2006 would be fixed for free so I figured that was good since mine was. Looked around some more and found that alot of repaired xbox's came back broke or ended up red lighting again within a couple day's. You should have the build date on your's if it's before Jan 06 it will be fixed for free but don't know how long it will stay fixed.
