When I called them and asked about it they said it was a internal hardware failure and that any Xbox built before January of 2006 would be fixed for free so I figured that was good since mine was. Looked around some more and found that alot of repaired xbox's came back broke or ended up red lighting again within a couple day's. You should have the build date on your's if it's before Jan 06 it will be fixed for free but don't know how long it will stay fixed.</p></blockquote><p></p>
