It's louder than it looks, really. Lots of cone area and playing right around tuning doesn't equal a lot of appealing excursion.

It's actually a 20" sub...I guess they decided naming it a 21" sub would be better?? The cone is about an inch wider than the MJ's I was running(**** the W surround).

And there's not much music that sounds good with it...just too much of a peak in the 50's.
