Id like to save the money and get the 300/4 but will I NEED the HD amp to power these HERTZ.

I have a 10" sealed JL 10W3V3-2 with a Mono rockford amp running 300 watts.
What do you guys think I was going back and forth between the HERTZ and the JL Audio C5 6 1/2 comp. I listen to country and want SQ like warm clear clean sound....What do you guys this Heartz or JL, 75X4 or 150X4 ugh HELP
