Hey guys, just wondering if I need to upgrade my 130 amp alternator to a ho? I'm running a Memphis mojo 1500 rms amp to a x12. Currently using 0 gauge wire from the front alt/battery to my 2400 watt kinitk battery in the trunk than to the amp ect.

Should be ok with that load on that setup. Just make sure you have big 3 done and proper grounds where they need to be. Don't be shocked if you drop to low 13s / high 12s at idle, but at 2k rpm you should be fine.

when yu get a HO alternator u can hear the difference your car is louder (audiowise) i go with ohio gen. i love it
