2008 Tundra Crew Cab. 4 DD3512, DD M4a, XS-Power

Just finished this one today.

4 DD3512's, M4a, XS-Power batts, Xscorpion wire/terminals/connections.

First, the false floor layout and test fit.



Rounded over, braced and wrapped black.



Nick and Jay got on wiring everything up. All power connections are solder/heat shrinked.



I went on to build the box. Here is a jig built for internal bracing.

Beginning of the box.



Braced heavily and all rounded over.





More bracing.





All that's left is some paint and carpet.



In-set side panels.



Amp and batts wired up and mounted.

Volt meters on the fuse-holders. Kept the wire lengths between the batts and amp pretty short...lol.



Box carpeted and ready to go in.



Box dropped in the truck. DD-Logo on both sides.

Silver trim in the seam to match the truck.
