Hey everyone... I am looking for any ideas that you pro's may have in terms of trying to go with a fullsize woofer install in a Crewmax tundra. Have any ideas. Still loking to do a 1 sub install but I am stumped as to how to do this . Will to give up the center console area but not sure...

yes exactly...... some installer recommended just get 4 flatlyne woofers like memphis or Pioneer and such but I dont do not gravitate towards them as I do a standard woofer..

you should have a ton of room behind those rear seats (i've looked into these trucks a lot, definitely my next purchase)

I would stay away from the flat-style subwoofers as you have plenty of room. Look for a more shallow, but standard-style built sub (most 8's and some 10's should work fine)

Depening on how dominant of a substage you want will determine how many of them you should get and what power handling you should run

well my concern is with moving my seats all the way up to accomadate a couple of woofer. not looking for stupid loud, looking for good sound yet producing some good output. I roll with my friends and i didnt exactly wanna turn it into a sardine can.. Give the *****es some room..

Not sure on how it looks in the Tundra, but this is what I in a customer's '07 Tacoma 2weeks ago.

You may be able to do something similar.

Sounded very nice and got LOW in that truck, plays Late Night Tip like a champ.

The other local place tried to get him in 2 CVT 12's....they sounded like crap though.

I had to drill out all the spot welds for the brackets on the back wall though.

Could aways do a blowthrough. lol. Get your tape out and just measure what kind of room you actually have or are willing to give up. Then we can get you lined up better. There are plenty of subs that only need like 5 or 6 inches mounting depth.
