Planet is our entry level. Plus they're decent for the price.

Let's look at the choices for power in our store.

Planet VX2200D (~1,800 RMS @ 1ohm) $799

Zapco CK9.0 (2,200 RMS @ 2ohm) $1,749

Audison VRx1.500 (2,000 RMS @ 1ohm) $1,899

Like I said on FSR... I like the Powerbass for the price.

600 is a lot for amps

i just sold my JBL for 600 and it woulda gave u 2500watts

If that's the case, I'd go with the Optidrive and .5 ohm, or maybe an American Bass VFL amp at .5 ohm

yea i kinda feel like an ***, even asking for alternatives to the planet audio. As they were very good about answering my questions and giving me a good rundown on the products and whatnot. They went over and beyond in my book to help me, im just looking for the best deal i can get.

12.1 will run .5 with ease, solid amps... but i hate to see how bad that shop rapes on its cost...

i didnt pay retail on the MX and 599 is better then the price of the planet, although .5ohm is a bit harder on electrica l :S
