mike's truck was pretty freakin' sic. i like the last run when he just started the music 30 feet away. when they got the mic started, it pegged a 130 form at least 20 feet.

as far as mike huff's blazer, it was pretty sic. his rspl score was disgusting.... but i doubt it had a 164.8 in it. you just don't grab 7db's overnight //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/frown.gif.a3531fa0534503350665a1e957861287.gif

for me personally, i shouldn't of rebuilt with an untested design 1 week before finals. i spent thursday/friday trying to regain 3 of the 7db i lost off the rebuild //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/frown.gif.a3531fa0534503350665a1e957861287.gif overall, i'm happy with my 2nd place rspl score of 153.4.... it was a close with the record being a 153.7.

Yeah his truck was insane except for the amps. His and Tommy's amps were cutting out during their DB runs which made me happy that I didn't buy one of em.

His amp did the same thing, but he told me that he was unsure of what the problem was at the time. Chill out. I didn't say they **** or anything like that, I meant I'm glad I didn't get one because I could have potentially have had the same problem which nobody wants to have.

when you run them at 1 ohm you need a decent electrical system to back up that power. which mine isn't up to part yet. something about having all my windows open for drive by was screwey with my amps/fusing. impedence spiking or something. doesnt happen when all those windows aren't open.

The zx2500 is a VERY efficient amp up to the point of clipping. Once you start clipping it, efficiency goes away very quickly and it likes to be fed more juice. Had I just kept the volume where it was supposed to have been I have no doubts that I could have done a mid 124 in driveby. But alas, if you're going to have problems it is going to be in the lanes. EDIT X 2:

The MD audio blazers 164.8 dB run WAS a meter malfunction. You don't gain 7 dB's by doing nothing. The 158.9 score posted on the 2nd run was the legitimate score.
