2006 honda civic ex couple steering wheel control

i have a 2006 civic ex coupe that has factory steering wheel controls but i am replacing the head unit. will my steering wheel controls (volume, change song) work with plug and play for the new head unit?

Not typically, usually you have to get an add on device. Check crutchfield they sell them.
