just picked up an 04 pathfinder, and am starting the system build; but cant really decide where i wanna go for the bump in the trunk.
i have an eclipse cd5000 running it all, 200 sqft of fatmat to apply to this thing, my oldschool 05 kicker kx1200.1 according to the birthsheet it does 1500
i can fit about 8-8.5 cuft and still have room for my kinetic, and the amp rack, and want to make the most of the amp and space
im thinking 2 12 l7's vented, tuned to 35 hz, or possibly 2 l7 15's?
or 4 cvx's in a sealed box
or what ever you guys can recomend, looking to spend 500-600 on woofers; ill be building my own box.
ive done 1 12 l7 in a 4.0 cuft box to 35 and it was plenty loud and still sounded good
did 2 12 l7's in a 6 cuft box at 32 hz and it was loud, but not quite what i was looking for
and a 12w7 in a 4 cuft box, sounded good wasnt as loud as i was hoping.
i think the 2 l7's in a huge box should do what i want, but maybe the 4 12's in a sealed box would be louder/sound better?
you guys tell me, im open to most any suggestions, looking for something retartedly loud; but will still sound decent.
box suggstions welcome as well, as well as if i should run slot ported, or aero port it
