2003 impala stock stereo

My impala has stock stereo with stock amp. I want to add a amp with sub woofer. The stock amp is in trunk by the rear speakers. I was hoping to come off input of factor amp to feed my amps input. My amp is single channel for sub. I don't see input wires like a normal amp, just speaker wires in and back out. How can I hook my sub in to this system. Thx
