2002 Taurus Please Help!!

Hello. I recently bought a new cd player and am trying to install it. The factory cd player i have for my 2002 Ford Taurus just doesn't match up with the factory wiring codes i have found online. The only one that matches is the black and pink is the acc. ignition. Over half of the speaker wire colors aren't even available. My friend cut the wiring harness way to short and I have no clue how to connect it. Please help!

he shoulda left the wiring harness you shoulda got a connector so you could do the wiring inside with your h/u and then just plug it right in..

use a small 9 volt battery to figure out the speakers

You should have a wire harness running from the stock amp in the trunk up to your head unit and at the point you just connect the wires to the deck harness.
