OP, I'm almost in the same situation, but my dad passed away 2 1/2 years ago when I was 15 and my mom now gets 1,200 a month in soc. security and the only part of it I see is the 168 for my insurance every month.

Btw, the car has been through a bunch of repairs. Most recent was I believe over 2,000 in damage. I slid off of the road at a T-intersection. The roads were really wet and I was breaking and it just slid straight off and had a bunch of anterior damage.

that *****. Check out my build log for ideas. The way I see it, Yes this is a cheap car, but it is a good cheap car and no it is not worth soupping up and fixing up and it probabbly wont last 200K. So, do what ever you want. Fix it up or save $ for a new car later. I decided to use my for comps and am saving for a new car I can drive in normal ville

The new head unit is installed and it's awesome!

Next thing up are new front/door speakers.

By the way, it's not riced, and it won't be. The things I had in mind when I first started thinking about this was crazy.

141 sealed on the dash 143.8 on music, and 144+ change outlaw with two sa12s an ap 1500d @ 40hz. still doing 140+ at 30 //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif box is tuned to uhhhh 34 hz. Bro is officially loud, and pretty loud out the trunk no less.

Well just tint it and put some wheels on it and that'd be an easy not to expensive mod that would make it look alot nicer.

only because,you start puttung all that work/money into it,and somebodies going to steal/break into it!!plus you wont get that money back when you get another car.

I'd tint,like you did...put a nice alarm on it,do the wheels.If you want to go fast,turbo,but that costs around 4 grand.

Dont do the steal me stickers,keep it low key.Its much cleaner.Then start investing in a system.You'll get alot more out of nice,clean sound,than a overdone outside.

Theyll have a hard time getting more than his H/U lol, we had to kick that box into the trunk, but an alarm is definitely a good next step
