I'm attempting to put a aftermarket radio in a 2001 Lincoln Town Car. The existing wire harness has a lot more wires than the radio requires. Is it safe to just match up the same color wires together and leave the other wires unattached. The old radio had 3 separate plug ins. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
