okay, I own a 2000 Toyota Tacoma Regular Cab w/ bucket seats which only has the two factory door mounted 6 1/2" or 6 3/4" speakers. I'm looking to try and get good SQ on a budget. any help from others and Tacoma owners would be very much appreciated.

I feel very much limited to the factory door mounted locations and I reckon this is what I am going to go with. not sure I want a sub for I use the space behind the bucket seats. at some point I may take out the console again(wasted space) so this could free up some space for a small sub in the future.

for now I think I would like to purchase one of the lower end Alpines and then some brand of 6 1/2" components. originally I was looking at coaxial for I was not sure I wanted to mount a tweeter in any other location.

one thing I was wondering since I would only be using the front or rear channels of the head unit to drive them at the moment(amp would be later on). is it possible to bi-amp or is it bi-wire the components using both the front and rear channels of the head unit? I figure that either the front or rear channel would be wasted and this could bring me added performance in driving a component system until I could afford amps.

thanks for any help or recommendation of products.
