2000 Nissan Crew Cab Rear Speakers

Has anyone ran into trying to install rear speakers in a 2000 Nissan Crew Cab. These things are extremely thin and all the aftermarkets are too thick and hit the window regulater. Just wandering if any has any info that might help me out. THX!

get spacers can be found on crutchfield or I might have some if you want just PM me.
